Required documents for certain countries

Due to local regulations in certain countries, some carriers are requiring the end user information before allowing a phone number to be purchased.

You will most likely see these numbers failing purchase with error code -1265.

Required documents are listed below. You would be required to open a ticket and submit the required information before we can continue with the purchase.
Your information will be provided to the local carriers for review. Please note that your DID will not be activated before the local carrier approves the details.

The following countries require registration :

# Algeria:

• Current worldwide address (street, building number, postal code, city, country)
• Passport or ID/Drivers license copy
• Name, business name and contact phone numbers.
• NOTE: If registration/purchase is done under a company name, the company registration certificate shall be provided instead of passport or ID copy.

# Belgium:

• Current Belgium address (address must be from the same area in Belgium as the DID ordered)
• Proof of address (utility bill copy - not older than 6 months)
• Passport or ID/Drivers license copy;
• Name, business name and contact phone numbers.

• NOTE: If registration/purchase is done under a company name, the company registration certificate shall be provided instead of passport or ID copy.

# Bolivia - Toll Free:

• Current worldwide address (street, building number, postal code, city, country)
• Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);
• Passport or ID/Drivers license copy;
• Name, business name and contact phone numbers.
• NOTE: If registration/purchase is done under a company name, the company registration certificate shall be provided instead of passport or ID copy.

# China:

- Current worldwide address (street, building number, postal code, city, country);
- 2 documents as proof of address (2 copies of utility bills no older than of 6 months);
- Passport or ID/Drivers license copy;

# China - Toll Free:
